About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Curriculum Practitioner to join our Weybridge Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality early years provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting’s curriculum intent
  • Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
  • Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
  • Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

Requirements

  • Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
  • A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
  • The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment
  • This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
