About the Role

A busy and professional family of four in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to keep their large home running smoothly and guest-ready at all times. Schedule flexibility is required to accommodate the family’s entertaining and travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Full charge of household cleaning and organization
• Deep cleaning of a large home on a rotating basis
• Keeping the home guest ready at all times
• Grocery shopping and inventory management
• Occasional meal preparation
• Holiday and seasonal decor setup
• Packing and unpacking for the principals
• Assisting with entertaining and guest preparation
• Laundry, ironing, and garment stain removal
• General household upkeep
• Coordinating with vendors or additional household staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home
• Experience maintaining a large home to a high standard
• Comfortable with grocery shopping, inventory, and occasional meal prep
• Experience assisting with entertaining and guest preparation is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable schedule
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Legal to work in the US
• Strong verifiable references
