About the Role
This role will lead the execution of strategic branding and brand harmonization initiatives, develop loyalty programs that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and advocacy, and ensure consistent implementation of global brand guidelines across the EMEIA region. It requires close collaboration with regional business leaders, marketing teams, and corporate brand stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of EMEIA branding initiatives across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.
- Drive the implementation and activation of brand value propositions across the CSS EMEIA brands, ensuring clear differentiation, consistent messaging, and alignment with value-selling strategies.
- Drive implementation of brand architecture, portfolio positioning, brand transitions, and brand harmonization projects across the region.
- Develop and manage execution roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of branding-related initiatives across multiple countries and channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities involving marketing, communications, legal, digital, operations, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor project milestones, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless implementation of branding changes across the business.
- Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.
- Partner with commercial, service, customer experience, digital, and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Design loyalty frameworks, customer recognition programs, incentive structures, and engagement campaigns that support business growth objectives.
- Define program KPIs and measure effectiveness through customer participation, retention, advocacy, and revenue impact metrics.
- Continuously evaluate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor programs to optimize loyalty initiatives.
- Act as the primary EMEIA liaison for corporate brand teams.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards, visual identity systems, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
- Provide guidance and support to local marketing teams, distributors, and business units regarding branding best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with regional business leaders, product teams, sales organizations, distributors, and service teams across EMEIA.
- Foster alignment between regional business priorities and global branding objectives.
- Present program updates, recommendations, and business impact assessments to senior leadership.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and loyalty initiatives.
- Track brand compliance, customer engagement levels, program participation, and overall business impact.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programs, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of brand governance, brand implementation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of customer retention, customer experience, and loyalty program development.
