About the Role

Oversee signature programs and all aspects of the Studio experience within the club. Serve as the leader and ambassador of the Studio experience, bringing brands to life through exceptional programming, strong instructor leadership, and a curated member experience. Continually evolve the Studio experience to ensure it is best-in-class. This leader will be nimble and adaptable, thriving in a people environment with an energetic and inspiring leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the studio experience, including all equipment and audio visual systems.
• Actively engage in recruitment, including outbound sourcing of talent.
• Onboard and lead the team of instructors.
• Audit instructors and conduct regular evaluations of classes, ensuring instructors execute elements and maintain program integrity.
• Manage performance and development of instructors to reach their potential.
• Effectively communicate information between instructors and the management team.
• Develop strategies to increase member attendance levels.
• Assist in the formation of group programming schedules.
• Collect and collate studio participation numbers.
• Attend classes within the competitive set/boutique studio space to stay current with trends and industry innovations.
• Ensure the studio is on brand and aligned with the company's vision of an in-club boutique strategy.
• Oversee the new member onboarding process.
• Oversee studio events.

Requirements

• At least two years of group fitness experience.
• Maintain at least one nationally recognized certification in Group Fitness.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience within the boutique studio space.

Education Level

• Nationally recognized certification in Group Fitness

Salary/Compensations

• Administrative hourly: $25 - $30
• Coaching hourly: $50 - $60
