About the Role

Wonder is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join their team. This role is crucial in managing and governing access across the organization, ensuring security and compliance within a SOX-controlled environment. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our systems and supporting our mission to make great food more accessible.

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta in a production environment, including lifecycle management, SAML/OIDC app integrations, group rules, and access policies.
• Own or contribute to access certification campaigns (joiner/mover/leaver processes, periodic access reviews).
• Support or respond to SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) audits, including providing evidence for access controls and user access reviews (UAR).
• Document IAM policies, procedures, and control narratives for external auditors.
• Manage entitlement inventories, track access reviews, and prepare audit evidence using spreadsheet tools.
• Engage application owners and business stakeholders to complete access reviews and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Escalate appropriately when access anomalies or control gaps are identified.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in identity and access management, information security, or GRC with a direct focus on identity governance.
• Demonstrated experience administering Okta in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience owning or contributing to access certification campaigns.
• Experience supporting or directly responding to SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) audits.
• Proven ability to document IAM policies, procedures, and control narratives suitable for external auditor consumption.
