About the Role

Seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join HOKA's Sydney CBD + Surrounding teams for the Holiday period. Become part of an energetic team passionate about footwear in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
• Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers

Requirements

• Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
