About the Role
The Reha-Innendienst team serves as the central interface between customers/patients, field service, warehouse, workshop, tour planning, and cost bearers. You will ensure that the supply process runs smoothly from the initial inquiry to billing.
Responsibilities
- Accepting new orders and entering patient and prescription data into the system.
- Coordinating with field service, warehouse, and workshop to optimize supply planning.
- Creating and sending cost estimates to the responsible cost bearers, including clarifying inquiries.
- After approval: Forwarding the delivery order to the warehouse, coordinating with tour planning, and preparing all documents for billing.
- Creating return orders and coordinating with tour planning for the return of aids.
Requirements
- Completed commercial, medical, or comparable training in the healthcare sector (e.g., Healthcare Administrator, MFA (m/f/d)).
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in aid supply or rehabilitation technology.
- Structured, results-oriented work approach and quick comprehension.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SaniVision, ZHP, EGKO, DHP, or MIP is a plus, otherwise quick familiarization with new systems.
- Open, clear, and solution-oriented communication, whether by phone, in writing, or in direct exchange.
- High service awareness, sensitivity in dealing with various contact persons, and enjoyment of work.
- Teamwork, reliability, friendliness, and quality awareness.
