About the Role

As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional waxing services to guests, contributing to a positive and confidence-boosting experience. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following brand standards, patterns, protocols, and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests by delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on the European Wax Center product line.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role model expected behaviors and processes.
