About the Role
The Coordinator, Quality Review ensures the accuracy, consistency, and quality of curriculum, certificates, and exam materials across CFA Institute programs. This role involves conducting detailed reviews of educational content across various formats to identify and report errors before they reach learners. Additionally, the role contributes to building and refining workflows and checklists, and tracking recurring issues to improve content creation processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality reviews of Canvas courses, PDFs, and eBooks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to CFA Institute standards
- Identify and document content errors, reporting findings to the relevant teams for resolution
- Develop, maintain, and update workflows and checklists that guide the quality review process
- Track and document recurring issues, surfacing insights and suggesting improvements to how content is developed
- Ensure reviewed content meets accessibility standards and aligns with inclusive design best practices
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve quality assurance workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a professional or editorial role, with strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Familiarity with XML tagging, HTML, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort with tools like Jira or Adobe Creative Suite
