  • Support music supervision and licensing activity across Sky’s scripted and unscripted content, Sports, News and Promos.
  • Liaise with independent producers/creatives, arrange introductory communications and meetings, and secure sync licences.
  • Track licence and invoice statuses, and maintain production trackers.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the wider team.
  • Onboard and train new users on MusicBox, Sky’s in-house music clearance system.
  • Support producers and promo creatives using MusicBox and respond to music clearance enquiries.
  • Manage a high-volume shared inbox, responding to user enquiries and organising individual workload.
  • Process business-critical invoices through Ariba-SAP and handle payment queries from external suppliers.
  • Maintain compliant document storage in line with company GDPR policy.
  • Support Sky Music’s submissions to industry awards.
  • Step in to support and cover for other team members during periods of leave.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of collecting society repertoire databases, such as PRS for Music Works, PPL Repertoire, BMI Songview and ASCAP Repertory.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities, take ownership of tasks and adapt to new systems and ways of working.
  • A collaborative, client-facing approach, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to help colleagues find practical, creative solutions.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is willing to go the extra mile and see work through from start to finish.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Copilot and other Gen AI tools, Microsoft Teams, Ariba-SAP and Airtable, with the ability to create polished and engaging presentations.
