About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in high-impact commercial partnerships, from scouting and outreach to executing co-marketing campaigns and performance analysis. It serves as an ideal entry point into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships, business development, and growth marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and evaluate potential brand partners, B2C opportunities, and co-marketing leads across the DACH region.
  • Draft compelling, localized pitch emails and outreach materials to engage high-potential brand partners.
  • Maintain and organize the prospective partnership pipeline, ensuring smooth follow-ups and tracking initial outreach efforts.
  • Support the day-to-day planning, setup, and rollout of partnership campaigns for new and existing strategic partners.
  • Liaise with partners and internal teams to gather creative assets, build landing pages, and organize promotional materials.
  • Assist the Partnerships team in tracking campaign timelines, organizing voucher codes, and collecting partner assets to support seamless execution.
  • Assist in tracking, gathering, and analyzing key performance metrics (conversion rates, leads, partner-driven trials).
  • Help compile slide decks, partner performance reports, and actionable insights to evaluate campaign success and optimize future deals.
  • Track partner promotions, bundle offers, and commercial trends in the DACH digital subscription and media space.
  • Identify new potential partnership channels and innovative co-branding formats for Readly to test.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Pragmatic mindset, taking full ownership of tasks.
  • Willingness to make cold calls and send pitch emails to initiate partner conversations.
  • Native/fluent level in German and strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to tailor written communications persuasively for external brand partners.
  • Comfortable working with basic data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to track partner conversions and campaign success.
  • Curiosity about how brand collaborations work, customer acquisition mechanics, and corporate deals.
  • Must be a student enrolled at a university requiring a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for a minimum of 4 months.
