About the Role
We are looking for you starting from 01.10.2026 as a Redakteur Public Video Nachrichten t-online (m/f/d). You will produce strong videos for our news site, YouTube, and public video screens. The position is initially limited to two years with an option for extension.
Responsibilities
- You will identify video stories with high reach potential, implement them quickly, and distribute them across all channels (news site and YouTube).
- You will help us be faster and better than the competition in breaking news situations.
- You will independently write, edit, and voice your video contributions.
- You will support the team with a clear focus on our traffic goals and reach.
- You will supply the public video screens with current news.
Requirements
- You have a passion for news and feel at home in the newsroom.
- You have initial experience in writing, voicing, and editing videos.
- You are a team player and prioritize the success of the entire team over individual success.
- You are flexible and can also take on short-term editorial assignments.
- Shift work and weekend duties are a matter of course for you.
