Join the Growth & Operations team as the go-to person for Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role offers direct collaboration with leadership, ownership of demand generation, outbound, inbound qualification, and new market entry. It provides opportunities for travel, deep exposure to AI infrastructure, and a clear path to GTM leadership or the skills to start your own company.

Requirements
- 1-3 years consulting, banking, or startup experience
- Broad understanding of GTM tooling landscape and best practices (CRM, outbound tools, automation)
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English
- German is a strong plus
- Strong technical literacy (CS degree or hands-on engineering experience is a plus)
