Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of planning engineers and technical draftsmen.
- Oversee the technical planning of wind energy projects from acquisition to the construction phase.
- Manage the design and execution planning for infrastructure, including cable routes, access roads, and crane hardstands.
- Develop and coordinate logistics concepts in close collaboration with Project Management Construction.
- Prepare quantity surveys and tender documents for earthworks and cable laying.
- Coordinate external engineering firms and expert reports.
- Manage interfaces with internal departments such as construction and electrical engineering.
- Conduct Technical Due Diligence during project acquisition.
- Develop CapEx estimates in conjunction with interdisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure quality standards, efficient processes, and optimal resource utilization within the team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energies).
- Several years of experience in planning and implementing EPC or infrastructure projects, ideally in wind energy.
- Leadership experience in technical teams and strong leadership competence.
- Sound knowledge in project management and technical project planning.
- Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with external partners.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, cost, and quality awareness.
- Structured, solution-oriented approach, and high decision-making ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
- High motivation to actively shape the energy transition and drive sustainable projects.
