About the Role
Seeking an energetic, customer-focused, self-starter with experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry for a Driver opportunity in Winnipeg, MB.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure order accuracy, and assist with picking parts.
- Examine merchandise condition at delivery or prior to acceptance, confirm condition with the customer, and obtain customer sign-off.
- Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties efficiently.
- Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensure proper paperwork accompanies cores, returns, and warranties, and comply with customer service delivery strategies.
- Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards.
- Immediately report any customer complaints or dissatisfaction to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
- Check daily fluid levels, tire condition, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the road.
- Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager regarding delivery progress/delays.
- Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
- Assist with customer service activities within the store, including stocking shelves and maintaining store neatness.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
