About the Role
Coordinates all operational activities in Pharmacy Services, monitors and coordinates workflow, work-redesign and expansion of services, supervises staff pharmacists and technicians, implements training, scheduling, workflow assignments, and administers performance evaluations and disciplinary actions of pharmacy personnel.

Requirements
- License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience
- Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience
- Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
- Board certified
- Previous experience in infusion
- Previous experience in oncology
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting
