About the Role
As an Associate Dentist Recruiter at Anytime Dental Group, you will play a key role in finding and attracting exceptional dental talent to support the organization's growth. This high-impact position involves building relationships with dentists, developing robust talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Associate Dentist positions across Ontario.
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified Associate Dentist candidates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive dentist candidates.
- Conduct candidate conversations to understand clinical interests, career goals, and location preferences.
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized candidate experience.
- Manage a high volume of active searches while maintaining strong communication and organization.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand clinic-specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Support recruitment planning for new clinic openings and organizational growth initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with dentists.
- Develop and maintain talent communities across key Ontario markets.
- Build relationships with dental schools, residency programs, professional associations, and industry partners.
- Attend conferences, career events, and networking events to identify and engage prospective candidates.
- Leverage various channels to continuously expand the Associate Dentist pipeline.
- Create and maintain thoughtful candidate touchpoint strategies.
- Act as a knowledgeable and credible ambassador for Anytime Dental Group.
- Partner closely with Regional Directors, Operations Leaders, and clinic leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Develop market-specific recruitment strategies.
- Provide insight into candidate markets, hiring trends, and recruitment challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruitment activity and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute ideas and best practices to strengthen dentist recruitment strategy and employer brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Previous experience recruiting and hiring dentists is required.
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build strong, sustainable talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates and developing relationships well in advance of an immediate opening.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Experience managing multiple active searches and a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership over recruitment outcomes.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
- Comfortable travelling throughout Ontario to visit clinics and attend events.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
