About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Software Engineer who will be a pivotal member of building and scaling the most critical parts of our product. This is a role for someone who has already made AI a core part of how they work. You're a builder who loves the pace of a startup or scale-up, where things move fast and ownership is real. As a Senior Engineer here, you won't just be maintaining a critical system, you'll be shaping how AI transforms what it can do.

Responsibilities

Leverage AI in your day-to-day development workflow.
Integrate AI tools into your code shipping process and contribute to team adoption.
Take ownership of features across the full application stack, from user-facing interfaces to back-end services and data layers.
Write and review code, architecture, and work directly with infrastructure.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure harmonious integration across the ecosystem.
Contribute to shared standards and architectural decisions.

Requirements

Genuinely AI-native with demonstrable use of AI tools in development.
5+ years of proven full-stack experience across React, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Ability to design and architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
Startup or scale-up background with experience in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Based within European time zones.
Experience with NestJS is an advantage.
Experience with MongoDB is an advantage.
