About the Role
The Project Coordinator performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives. This role supports a major organizational transformation initiative, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and strengthening data-informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include project governance, milestone tracking, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution across the program.
Responsibilities
- Perform project management and support activities.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of projects.
- Support the delivery of a major organizational transformation initiative.
- Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure project governance, milestone tracking, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with multiple workstreams (finance, HR, procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment, continuity, and effective collaboration.
- Support large-scale transformation programs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally.
- Engage in projects that support law enforcement, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and improved public safety.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
