About the Role

The Systems Administrator supports service delivery to the organisation in the management of IT computer systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining IT service stability by managing high-impact incidents that could disrupt business operations. It offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick thinking and decisive action are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Minimise downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams during incidents.
  • Work closely with IT, security, and business units.
  • Operate within ITIL-based processes.
  • Assess impact, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
