About the Role

Seeking a creative, video-savvy Working Student to join the Creative and Editorial team in Berlin. This part-time role (~15-20 hours/week) involves bringing short-form video and content ideas to life, from concept to posting, while supporting content scheduling, reporting, and cross-team coordination across social channels. You will work closely with experienced social, design, and content professionals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch original short-form video ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Film and edit short-form video content, from concept to production to publish.
• Appear on camera when a piece of content requires it.
• Translate product updates, industry news, and cultural/music trends into engaging short-form video content.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and execution across the wider content calendar.
• Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, and formats, and help the team react quickly.
• Help plan and maintain the social content calendar.
• Schedule and publish posts using social tools or natively per platform.
• Coordinate with iMusician team members and external contacts to source content and information.
• Pull together basic performance reporting on views, engagement, and growth.
• Flag standout content or trends for further development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany.
• Fluent English is required.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram is essential.
• Organized, reliable, and confident working with people.
• Comfortable reaching out to colleagues or external contacts to coordinate content.
• A strong interest in music is preferred.
