About the Role

Responsibilities

• Planning and design of heat pump systems (air/water, hydraulics, storage)
• Creation of technical concepts
• Creation of parts lists and performance specifications
• Creation of standardized planning documents
• Technical consultation for customers and team members
• Technical coordination with project management, installation partners, and suppliers
• Quality assurance of planned systems and construction supervision
• Definition of technical planning standards and product ordering

Requirements

• Completed training as an installation mechanic (SHK) or technical system planner (SHK) with business management understanding, OR a Bachelor's or Master's degree in renewable energies, energy/building technology, engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Experience in planning and installation of heat pumps
• Proficient in technical drawings and digital tools
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented work approach
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)

Education Level

• Completed training as an installation mechanic (SHK) or technical system planner (SHK) with business management understanding
• Bachelor or Master in renewable energies, energy/building technology, engineering, or mechanical engineering
