About the Role

Titan Wealth is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to establish and lead the internal communications function. This high-impact role involves developing and executing a strategy to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned, especially during periods of growth and change. You will partner closely with senior leadership to shape the company's internal narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring it supports business objectives, values, and culture.
  • Build and manage a structured annual communications calendar aligned to business milestones and strategic priorities.
  • Establish frameworks, channels, and processes for timely, consistent, and effective communication.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality communications across various formats, including emails, leadership messages, intranet articles, and video scripts.
  • Own and manage internal channels (intranet, email, messaging platforms), ensuring they are engaging and up-to-date.
  • Develop and evolve an authentic and clear internal communications tone of voice.
  • Act as a trusted communications partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel and drafting support.
  • Lead communications planning and delivery for organizational change programs, including M&A, integrations, and restructures.
  • Manage sensitive and complex communications with discretion, sound judgment, and empathy.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, such as town halls and Q&A sessions.
  • Amplify the employee experience in partnership with the People & Culture team.
  • Use data and feedback to measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across all business levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Executive Committee and Shared Services functions to ensure message alignment.
  • Support communications activity tied to strategic partnerships and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in internal communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering internal communications strategies in a complex, multi-site, or fast-growth organization.
  • Demonstrable experience leading communications through significant change, including M&A activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Strong editorial judgment to distill complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at senior levels.
  • Creative thinker capable of bringing ideas to life through storytelling.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Commercially aware, understanding how communication supports business performance.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable building processes.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused outlook.
  • Experience working in a wealth management, financial planning, or investment management environment is desirable.
  • Familiarity with intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and employee engagement tools is desirable.
  • Experience supporting or managing communications for sponsorship or brand partnership programs is desirable.
