About the Role

Henry Schein Dental Deutschland is seeking an experienced and responsible Master Electrician (m/f/d) to take on the technical leadership and responsibility for the electrical engineering department. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership duties with practical field service as an electrical specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for the electrical engineering department.
• Assume entrepreneurial responsibility in the assigned electrical tasks.
• Organize and ensure proper electrical operations, including compliance with all relevant legal, normative, and operational requirements for electrical safety, systems, and equipment.
• Define and monitor work procedures in the electrical field.
• Create and update electrical and operational instructions.
• Assess electrical hazards and define appropriate protective measures.
• Personnel responsibility for electrical specialists.
• Provide technical leadership and support to electrical specialists.
• Assess the technical qualifications of personnel performing electrical work.
• Organize training, instruction, and further education measures.
• Define responsibilities and authorities within the electrical engineering department.
• Ensure the safe condition of electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor the execution of inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• Verify compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and technical rules.
• Analyze faults, defects, and damage incidents and initiate appropriate measures.
• Provide technical support and supervision for external companies and service providers.
• Review work permits and safety measures.
• Control the proper execution of electrical work.
• Prohibit work in case of identified safety deficiencies.
• Ensure complete documentation of the electrical organization.
• Maintain records of inspections, instructions, and qualifications.
• Participate in audits, authority inspections, and certifications.

Requirements

• Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship with further qualification as a Master.
• Qualification as an electrical specialist with proven professional experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
