About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) as a team assistant in the Corporate department (20 hours/week) at our Berlin location.
Responsibilities
- General support in the secretarial area
- Processing print orders or courier shipments
- Assisting in the creation and processing of legal documents, presentations, and correspondence – in German and English
- Maintaining files and document management
- Coordinating appointments, travel, and meetings, and processing travel and other expenses
Requirements
- Enrolled at a German university – ideally in a business or law-related field of study
- Native-level German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Office 365 (especially Word and Outlook)
- Structured, reliable work approach and enjoyment of teamwork
