About the Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience the moment they arrive. From opening doors with a gracious smile to coordinating transportation and assisting with luggage, you’ll play a vital role in delivering smooth, thoughtful, and elevated service.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, genuine welcome to guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Open and close doors, ensuring an attentive and polished arrival and departure experience
- Offer valet parking services, safely and efficiently handling guest vehicles
- Assist with taxi arrangements and ensure timely transportation coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for house car service, arranging guest pickups and drop-offs
- Assist with guest luggage, providing courteous, prompt, and professional support
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, engaging attitude
- Ability to respond to guest needs quickly, courteously, and confidently
- A strong sense of responsibility and a guest-first mindset
- Valid Driver’s License
