About the Role

Lead bold and engaging communications to bring ministerial vocations to life across the Church of England. Through compelling campaigns, inspiring stories, and creative content, help people explore their part in God's story and consider where they may be called to serve. Equip dioceses with necessary tools and resources, and enable parishes to nurture emerging vocations. This strategic and creative role aims to strengthen vocational culture and help individuals discover, discern, and pursue God's call to ministry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead bold and engaging communications that bring ministerial vocations to life.
  • Develop compelling campaigns, inspiring stories, and creative content.
  • Equip dioceses with the tools, resources, and communications needed to support those exploring their vocation.
  • Enable parishes to nurture and encourage emerging ministerial vocations within local communities.
  • Manage digital engagement, website development, events, newsletters, and national initiatives.

Requirements

  • Three year fixed term position.
  • Closing date for applications is 7th September.
