About the Role

As a Senior Content Producer at Sanity Group, you will be the driving force behind our content, from the initial idea to the final asset. You will develop creative concepts for our artist collaboration brands and produce photo and video content that performs well on social media and in performance campaigns. You will be hands-on: filming, editing, briefing, and iterating with a high creative standard and a clear focus on results.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility for production, managing the entire creative production process from concept to final delivery, including timings, budgets, resources, and external freelancers and agencies.
Develop creative ideas and content concepts for our artist collaboration brands, translating brand worlds into formats that work on relevant platforms.
Plan, organize, and produce high-quality video content for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
Set creative standards by briefing editors, designers, and creators, maintaining a consistently high quality across all assets.
Utilize AI tools for ideation, asset generation, editing, and production, continuously evolving our setup.
Analyze content performance with the marketing team and continuously optimize creative output based on real data.
Establish scalable production workflows and structures in close collaboration with Brand, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in content or creative production with a focus on video-first digital content, ideally in-house or at a strong creative agency.
A strong portfolio with high-quality social media and paid marketing creatives, preferably for lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, music, or creator brands.
A hands-on creator mentality – you not only manage but also produce and edit yourself, with proficient skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and tools like DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
A strong sense for social-first storytelling and the formats of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads & Co., plus practical experience with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, or Adobe Firefly and an understanding of where they can genuinely improve output.
Confident management of productions from pre- to post-production – organized, detail-oriented, and maintaining a clear quality standard even with changing priorities.
Excellent communication with artists, marketing, design, and external production partners – in German and English.
