About the Role
Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities. Analyze financial performance, profitability, income streams, and key business drivers to support decision-making. Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial commentary for senior stakeholders. Lead and support financial reporting activities, including management accounts, variance analysis, journals, and reconciliations. Support finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and new product or project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, income streams, and key business drivers to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Professional accountancy or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years' experience in a Business Partnering Finance role
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience working within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
