About the Role
As a Maintenance Controller, you’ll embrace change and drive improvements within the business. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting operational maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations and Airline Part CAMO requirements
- Communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Escalating and communicating developing issues to management
- Maintaining a high degree of customer focus
- Working both independently and as part of a team across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrating flexibility to meet deadlines and overcome operational challenges
Requirements
- Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence and can gain easyJet company Type authorisations
- Have at least 5 years’ operational experience in a line or base maintenance environment, ideally with recent Maintenance Control experience
- Bring extensive Airbus A320 family experience
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic team and thrive on solving operational problems
- Proven supervisory experience in aviation engineering
- Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations, Airline Part CAMO requirements, and relevant legislation (CAA, EASA, FOCA)
- Good understanding of maintenance schedules
- Ability to gain and hold a Luton airside pass
- Willingness to be flexible to meet business needs
