About the Role

Responsibilities

Market research and analysis of future-oriented trends and technologies (especially AI topics)
Creation of presentations, knowledge nuggets, and databases
Support in the evaluation, conception, and implementation of startup cooperations and innovative projects (in exchange with experts from the tech scene and business units)
Support in the planning, organization, and execution of event formats (e.g., workshops, networking events, internal formats)

Requirements

Ambitious with very good academic performance in a tech-related degree program (e.g., Business Informatics)
Ideally, have initial practical experience in an innovation environment, e.g., in a corporate innovation unit, management consultancy, VC, or a startup
Think and act entrepreneurially, characterized by ownership and the willingness to jump into the deep end
Convinced that technologies are part of the solution and possess corresponding interest in new trends and good technical understanding
Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex topics
Strong communication skills and ability to inspire different people with your ideas
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
