About the Role

We are seeking a Sub-Leader to play a central role in custom application development projects for major transportation industry clients, focusing on driving digital transformation. This role is crucial for strengthening our team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, operate, maintain, and enhance custom applications (scratch development) for major transportation industry clients.
• Manage and review offshore development teams as a project sub-leader.
• Engage in a wide range of tasks from upstream to downstream development processes.
• Conduct requirement definition, design, development, testing, operation, maintenance, and enhancement development.
• Manage progress and quality, and collaborate with offshore teams.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing proposals and problem-solving as a prime vendor.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of system development experience.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Project experience with highly public systems or core business systems (industry not specified).
• Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
• Experience as a project sub-leader.

Skills

• Full-cycle development skills from upstream to downstream processes.
• Client negotiation and proposal skills.
• Knowledge and experience with large-scale, social infrastructure systems.
