About the Role

As Community Associate, you'll provide the administrative and operational backbone for our Community team, reporting to the Head of Community and working closely with our Community Managers day-to-day. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting the details right, keeping multiple moving pieces organized, and finding better ways for a team to work. Alongside the day-to-day administration, you'll have opportunities to own projects and improve the processes that underpin our member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invite sequences and follow-up communications for Community events, and keep attendee tracking accurate and up-to-date.
  • Own routine member inquiries and requests, using approved templates where appropriate and ensuring members receive timely, accurate responses.
  • Regularly track news and updates about member companies, flagging relevant developments to CMs so they can identify timely opportunities for outreach.
  • Project-manage cross-team initiatives on behalf of the Community team.
  • Take on smaller projects that improve how the team works, from systematizing attendee bios, to integrating approved AI tools into CM workflows.

Requirements

  • You write and speak clearly, and you're comfortable liaising across teams and functions.
  • You catch the small things others miss, and you take pride in accuracy.
  • You can juggle multiple ongoing projects and requests without losing track of any of them.
  • You've worked in a role that required strong process management, coordination, or operational support.
  • You're comfortable stepping into a range of tasks, from research to project coordination, as team needs evolve.
  • Experience with data input in a CRM system is a plus, though not required.
