About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end bid and tender activities, supporting Business Leaders throughout the bid lifecycle to ensure submissions are delivered on time, compliant, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage bid schedules, key milestones, deliverables, and action tracking across multiple concurrent pursuits, proactively identifying and escalating risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical specialists, and joint venture partners to gather, review, and refine submission content.
- Conduct client, market, and competitor research to inform win strategies and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Review, proofread, and format bid documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage document control, submission portals, and final bid lodgement activities for complex tender submissions.
- Ensure all submissions comply with internal governance requirements, approval processes, and client specifications.
- Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement initiatives, and best-practice bid processes to improve submission quality and win rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bid coordination, proposals, or tenders, with at least 5 years' experience supporting complex submissions.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender requirements.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong writing, editing, and document management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and confidently manage bid activities.
- Experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction, property, or related sectors is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality submissions.
