About the Role

Collaborate with colleagues and partners to enhance and expedite Business Group MOS design pipelines in South Korea. Provide expert technical support, develop strong relationships with design engineers, and contribute to marketing initiatives to increase Nexperia's market visibility.

Responsibilities

Increase and accelerate Business Group MOS design pipelines in South Korea by working with account managers, business development, FAEs, distributors, and sales representatives.
Serve as an expert on relevant BG MOS products and roadmaps.
Provide tier 2 technical support and training.
Develop trusted relationships with design engineers, directly and through intermediaries.
Provide feedback on customer requirements, white-spot/roadmap requests, and NPI opportunities, while noting competitor activity.
Identify emerging applications and prospective customers.
Support marketing initiatives and represent Nexperia/BG MOS, seeking speaking opportunities to increase market visibility.
Promote and utilize Nexperia’s Advanced Support Tools.
Create engineering design assistance materials, including application schematics, demo boards, and simulations.
Contribute technical content to drive Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action (AIDA) within customer and prospect design engineering communities.

Requirements

Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar discipline.
3+ years of experience in power electronics applications (e.g., AC & DC Power Conversion, motor control, battery management, energy storage).
Familiarity with electronic product design processes, including component selection & qualification.
Experience in MOSFETs and related technologies is a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, with a continuous improvement mentality and team player attitude.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
High standard of written & spoken English.
Familiarity with prominent ECAD systems and simulation tools is an advantage.
Experience in automotive, industrial, and commercial applications.
