About the Role

This role will oversee the entire project, acting as a bridge between Japanese clients and offshore teams. Key responsibilities include project management, client relationship building, requirement coordination, communication and progress management with offshore teams, and supporting localization and operational design for the Japanese market. Requirements

Over 3 years of project management experience
Experience coordinating and driving projects with multiple stakeholders (clients, internal teams, offshore teams)
Practical experience in issue management, progress management, and quality management
Experience managing projects in an onsite/offshore model
Project management experience in the education sector
Experience working in multilingual and multinational environments, including coordination between Japanese and overseas teams
Daily communication with offshore teams via email and chat
Explaining requirements and aligning understanding in project meetings
Reading English documents such as specifications and technical documentation
