About the Role
This role involves analyzing risks, inspecting branches and agencies, evaluating internal controls, and proposing improvements to ensure compliance in insurance sales channels. You will collaborate with various departments to strengthen compliance and support the development of appropriate insurance sales management systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze risks of branches/offices in the direct sales channel and independent sales agents in the agency channel.
- Inspect branches/offices in the direct sales channel and independent sales agents in the agency channel, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and the appropriateness of sales, and propose improvement measures if problems are found.
- Follow up on the progress of improvements for branches/offices in the direct sales channel and sales agents in the agency channel.
- Strengthen compliance in collaboration with departments such as Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance operations related to life insurance sales.
- Experience in planning inspection plans and risk analysis for life insurance sales.
- Experience in managing sales offices and general agencies for life insurance sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Insurance Business Act, Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Financial Services Agency supervisory guidelines, Life Insurance Association guidelines, etc.
- Logical thinking, objectivity, integrity, fairness, willingness to proactively take on new challenges to strengthen compliance without limiting one's own work.
- Ability to lead a team and develop members.
- Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to travel for about one week.
