About the Role

As a consultant for hybrid cloud solutions, you will enable global clients to transition to the cloud, leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI for their business processes and developing future-proof digital operating models. The position is available at multiple career levels, with responsibilities ranging from technical and conceptual to strategic consulting, depending on experience. Responsibilities

Enable global clients to transition to the cloud with hybrid cloud solutions.
Support clients in unlocking the potential of Generative AI and Agentic AI for their business processes.
Develop future-proof digital operating models.
Take on technical, conceptual, or strategic consulting responsibilities in transformation projects based on experience.
Help clients achieve their business and sustainability goals with hybrid cloud solutions.
Guide clients into the digital age by freeing them from legacy IT.
Enhance client agility and competitiveness.
Assist clients in building modern cloud and infrastructure platforms as a foundation for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Advise on scalable architectures, platform services, and technical prerequisites for secure and efficient AI solution integration.
Work in smart, international teams with diverse individuals, professions, and backgrounds.
Facilitate clients' journey to the cloud.
Assist clients in migrating to next-generation hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Redhat).
Manage all steps from analysis and conception to implementation and migration.

Requirements

Completed degree or training with an IT focus (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other STEM field).
Sound project management experience and insights into the consulting environment, depending on the individual entry level.
Practical knowledge of cloud hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Know-how in IT infrastructure architectures, networks, security, and automation (e.g., Python, Bash Scripting).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), deployment and staging strategies, Infrastructure as Code (Git, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with containerization (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes).
Interest in the role of modern cloud platforms as enablers for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Basic understanding of the technical requirements for AI-powered solutions.
Technical depth or strategic foresight to successfully shape projects, depending on experience level.
