About the Role
This role involves comprehensive operations for domestic and international stocks, margin trading, and investment trusts, covering the entire process from execution to settlement. You will monitor customer positions, manage forced settlements, and execute daily operations including order placement with intermediaries.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage all operations for domestic and international stocks, margin trading, and investment trusts, from execution to settlement.
- Monitor customer positions, manage forced settlements, and place orders with intermediaries as part of daily operations.
- Monitor settlement risks, detect anomalies, and escalate issues.
- Handle corporate actions such as stock dividends, stock splits, and rights processing, along with related risk management.
- Reconcile and verify data consistency between operational systems and perform various monitoring tasks.
- Participate in business process improvement, automation, and system enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with overseas offices and internal departments to build and maintain stable operational frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations at a securities company.
- Understanding of the entire workflow for domestic stock trading, including execution, clearing, and settlement.
- Experience in securities back-office operations such as margin trading and corporate actions.
- High awareness of operational risks, with the ability to detect anomalies, analyze causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Business-level English proficiency for email and meeting communication with overseas offices.
