About the Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join the Growth Team at Wild. This junior/entry-level position focuses on merchandising our website and managing product launches, ensuring a best-in-class customer journey that maximizes conversion. You will report to the Senior Ecommerce Manager.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and maintain the website across 9 localized markets, ensuring pages are updated with correct products, offers, copy, and visuals.
- Set up and launch products in Shopify and CMS, utilizing automated workflows and verifying accuracy.
- Collaborate with creative and international teams for timely image and translated copy delivery.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team on stock management for 4 Shopify stores.
- Develop and test landing pages, offers, and promotions for various customer segments and product launches, including A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Report on key website metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate) to inform future testing strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced entry-level ecommerce role, with website merchandising and content management experience, is preferable but not essential.
- Eagerness to grow quickly and assume increased responsibility.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- A creative streak with a willingness to think outside the box.
- Comfort using AI tools for efficiency is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines and enjoy problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commercial and analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- An additional language, particularly French or German, is a valuable asset.
- An underlying passion for the planet and sustainability.
