About the Role
The role involves the pedagogical and administrative leadership of the school location, strategic school development in close cooperation with management, and professional, organizational, and personnel leadership tasks. It also focuses on fostering a positive and appreciative school and learning culture, representing the school internally and externally, and actively maintaining and expanding the local network.

Requirements
- Completed teacher training, ideally with a second state examination
- Several years of pedagogical professional experience, preferably with leadership or coordination experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in all areas of school management and pedagogical school and quality development
- Good knowledge of the school, service, and financing regulations in Brandenburg
- Experience in designing and supporting change processes
- Knowledge of needs-based all-day care and relevant regulations
- Ideally, experience in reform-pedagogical work
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Responsible and appreciative employee management
