About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in London, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact on residents' daily lives. This role is ideal for individuals committed to high standards and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with queries and maintenance requests.
- Address and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain building safety by conducting site walk-arounds, checking IDs, and monitoring CCTV.
- Manage and record resident deliveries, ensuring smooth communication and pickup.
- Ensure the concierge area and lobby are kept presentable.
- Conduct safety checks, including H&S hazards, and assist with testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and smoke vents.
- Provide local area advice and recommendations to residents.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a concierge is a plus.
- A strong customer service or security background is valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with care.
