About the Role
As a SmartHost Springer, you will be the face of our company, providing support where needed. You will travel flexibly to our locations throughout Germany and Austria, warmly welcome guests, and ensure smooth operations. Your role involves guest relations, digital processes, quality checks, and technical tasks, all with a focus on smartness and the big picture.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and service to international guests and residents.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and handle guest correspondence.
- Professionally handle guest inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct room checks and property tours to ensure quality standards.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Control and document safety and fire protection regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers.
- Support Housekeeping, Service Hub, and Head Office in daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, checklists, and online guest communication.
Requirements
- Training and/or experience in the hotel or guest service industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people.
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Austria.
