About the Role

As a SmartHost Springer, you will be the face of our company, providing support where needed across our locations in Germany and Austria. You will welcome guests, ensure smooth operations, and manage guest relations, digital processes, quality checks, and technical tasks with a smart and holistic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and service to international guests and residents.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and handle guest correspondence.
• Professionally handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Conduct room checks and property tours to maintain quality standards.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Monitor and document safety and fire safety regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers.
• Support Housekeeping, Service Hub, and Head Office in daily operations.
• Handle administrative tasks, checklists, and online guest communication.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship and/or experience in the hotel or guest service industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people.
• Independent, reliable, and structured work style.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Austria.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
