About the Role

As an AI Consultant/Engineer, you will be a key figure in establishing data-driven solutions for clients, piloting AI use cases, and significantly shaping our clients' transformation.

Responsibilities

• Consulting, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions for top companies in retail and industry.
• Analysis and design of AI use cases with a focus on LLM frameworks, data pipelines, and interfaces.
• Direct exchange with clients regarding feasibility, efficiency potentials, and scalable implementation of AI use cases.
• Design, development, and delivery of service blueprints, system architectures, and presentations for clients.
• Work with current tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies in the areas of Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and GenAI.
• Support the team with your methodological knowledge, take responsibility for sub-projects, and act as a mentor for junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Tech Consulting.
• Deep technical understanding and operational experience with AI frameworks (such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, Langchain, etc.), data pipelines, cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), and/or MLOps.
• Sound knowledge in the design, setup, and deployment of AI solutions – from idea to prototype or production.
• Experience in handling system architectures, technical concepts, and presentations at management and expert levels.
• Good communication skills, structured way of working, and the ability to convey complex topics understandably.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Initiative, team spirit, and the desire to break new ground in the AI field together with clients and colleagues.
