About the Role
We are seeking engineers to support the development of next-generation automobiles, focusing on software. You will contribute to creating value through software and advancing development processes by understanding customer challenges and future visions.
Responsibilities
- Support in-vehicle software development for AD/ADAS and digital cockpits, including UI/UX design, control development, model development, and simulation environment construction.
- Contribute to the core areas required for realizing the UX of next-generation vehicles by integrating autonomous driving technology and advanced user interfaces.
- Develop control software for AD/ADAS.
- Design and implement UI/UX for digital cockpits.
- Develop AI/algorithms.
- Build model and simulation environments for verification and evaluation.
- Lead projects in the above areas based on experience.
- Support the design and implementation of development processes for agile development transformation and the construction of DevOps/CI/CD environments.
- Design and implement agile development processes and support their adoption.
- Build DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve processes to enhance development efficiency and quality.
- Lead projects in the above areas based on experience.
- Support the development and operation of applications and cloud platforms utilizing data acquired from vehicles.
- Develop applications for collecting and analyzing data from in-vehicle devices.
- Design and build platforms using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Support the operation and improvement of connected car services.
- Lead projects in the above areas based on experience.
Requirements
- System integration experience as an SE, covering requirements definition to operations and maintenance.
- Experience in in-vehicle software development (UML, specifications, design, coding, testing, model-based, simulation).
- Knowledge of AD/ADAS systems (system architecture, control system configuration for ACC, AEB, etc.).
- Experience in building simulation environments (knowledge of tools related to xILS construction).
- Knowledge of digital cockpits.
- Knowledge of system architecture and control system configuration for systems like IVI, meters, and HUDs.
- Experience with UI technologies: Qt, Unity, Unreal Engine, Kanzi.
- Experience with OS: Android, iOS, AGL, Arene, QNX, INTEGRITY.
- Experience with middleware: Hypervisor, AUTOSAR.
- Experience with SoC: R-Car, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of vehicle software development processes.
- Experience in business analysis/process improvement (BPR) (portfolio analysis, workflow, DSM, workshop design/facilitation, etc.).
- Experience using agile development tools (JIRA, Redmine, Burndown).
- Experience building and operating CI/CD environments.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform.
- Experience with AWS (CloudFormation, CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, etc.).
- Experience with Azure (Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Knowledge and development experience in vehicle connected applications and platforms (specifications, design, coding, testing, simulation).
- Knowledge of communication technologies including location information systems (GIS) (vehicle-to-center communication).
- Infrastructure knowledge (load balancing, auto-scaling, serverless (Lambda), Redshift).
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure (DevOps, container technology, IoT, security, etc.).
