About the Role

Design and implement ideal data structures and management methods to promote customer big data utilization. Engage in the design, development, and implementation of big data and analytics data platforms, with a focus on ETL, DWH, and BI projects, allowing involvement in the upstream aspects of data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data platforms supporting customer business operations in the big data/analytics domain.
• Participate in data analysis platform projects centered around ETL, DWH, and BI.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and requirements definition of analysis platforms based on data utilization objectives and policies.

Requirements

• Experience implementing with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
• Knowledge and implementation experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with database normalization, logical design, physical design, and SQL creation.
• Team leadership skills, including objective setting, business issue clarification, leading engineers during implementation, and building customer trust.

• Expertise in business operations within specific industries and companies.
• Skills to understand IT challenges in industries/companies and define necessary transformations.
• Ability to apply industry-specific solutions.
• Skills in proposing and designing ideal system configurations.
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend).
