About the Role
As a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, manage the ServiceNow backlog, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies. This role involves requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and hands-on development.
Responsibilities

- Improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities.
- Balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.
- Drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer).
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
- Up to 5% travel, as required.
