About the Role
As Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful change across the Finance function. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will translate strategic priorities into meaningful change initiatives that support colleagues in adopting new ways of working. You'll lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning, and readiness activities, ensuring change is embedded effectively and delivers lasting business benefits. Partnering with Change Leads across our Global Shared Business Services, you'll help deliver a joined-up approach to change, providing consistent messaging and a seamless colleague experience across the wider finance community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver change management activities across key programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful adoption of change.
- Assess change impacts, readiness, risks and adoption requirements across teams, functions, processes and systems.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and communication plans to support colleagues and leaders through change.
- Partner with programme teams, business leaders and support functions to coordinate change, learning and engagement activities.
- Monitor adoption, readiness and benefits realisation, providing insights and coaching to drive sustainable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change management for complex business, technology, process, or transformation programmes within a matrix organisation.
- Strong expertise in developing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage resistance, and drive adoption using data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with the commercial awareness to align change activities to business outcomes and operational performance.
