About the Role
As a Christmas Casual at Platypus Shoes' Sydney City stores, you will bring energy and a positive attitude during the busy holiday season. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing stock, and fulfilling online orders in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a standout and memorable customer experience.
- Support the team in achieving sales and KPI goals.
- Manage stock by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelf levels.
- Pick and pack online orders for dispatch.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
- Contribute positive energy and a team-first attitude.
Requirements
- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Openness to learning and feedback.
