About the Role

As a Christmas Casual at Platypus Shoes' Sydney City stores, you will bring energy and a positive attitude during the busy holiday season. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing stock, and fulfilling online orders in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a standout and memorable customer experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales and KPI goals.
• Manage stock by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelf levels.
• Pick and pack online orders for dispatch.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Contribute positive energy and a team-first attitude.

Requirements

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Openness to learning and feedback.
